We have partnered with a Nurse Practitioner with a wide range of clinical experience with emphasis on geriatrics and dementia. This choice will allow community members who prefer or can benefit from having an “In-House” medical provider, instead of going off-site for medical appointments. Our goal is to learn as much as we can about our community members. Knowing your loved ones are unique with different needs and desires.
